Court Vox

Experience designer and facilitator. Founder of The BodyVox. Core team member at Back to the Body. Featured in Vogue, Men's Health, OUT, and AskMen.

I partner with agencies, PR firms, and in-house teams to design embodied retreats, offsites, and event programming for queer-forward brands, hospitality, and wellness-led organizations.

Built for the people in the room.

Most brand and organizational experiences fade by Monday. The ones that don't share a few things in common: they're built for the people in the room, not the agenda; they create the conditions for honesty, connection, and presence; and they give participants something usable they carry back into their lives and work.

That's what I make.

I work as the sole facilitator or as part of a multi-discipline production team. Most engagements are scoped collaboratively — the formats below are starting points, and agencies and producers regularly bring me in to design programming specific to their brief, audience, and brand.

Three formats. Many shapes.

01 — Keynote / Workshop

Obstacles & Portals to Pleasure

Format 60-minute keynote · 3-hour workshop
Best for Conferences, brand activations, leadership events, retreat programming

An exploration of what gets in the way of knowing what we want — and what opens us back up to it. Drawing on years of somatic and embodiment work, this piece moves through the patterns, beliefs, and conditioning that flatten desire, and the practices that return us to it.

As a 60-minute keynote, it's built as a standalone talk with a clear, usable frame audiences carry back into their work and lives — well-suited as an opening or closing for a brand activation, conference, or leadership gathering.

As a 3-hour workshop, it expands into a facilitated experience that pairs the keynote material with writing prompts, somatic exercises, and small-group practice — giving participants time to actually meet the material in their own bodies rather than just hear it.

02 — Half to Full Day

Patterns & Presence

Format Half-day to full-day · 15–40 participants
Best for Leadership groups, creative teams, retreat programming

A facilitated experience that helps participants understand why they react, hesitate, or contract the way they do — through embodied exercises rather than slides. Originally developed for Back to the Body and adapted for organizational and retreat settings, this format draws on somatic practice and shadow work to make personal patterns visible and workable in real time.

For organizations, this lands as the kind of leadership development that doesn't feel like leadership development. People walk away with a sharper read on themselves and a working vocabulary for what shows up under pressure.

03 — Multi-Day Immersive

CONNECT

Format 2–3 days · 12–25 participants
Best for Queer leadership teams, ERG retreats, founder cohorts

A multi-day experience built around the practices that let people actually work and lead together: deepening conversation past the surface, staying present when things get uncomfortable, repairing after rupture, and being able to ask clearly for what you want. Originally developed as a retreat for GBTQ men, CONNECT now runs as a custom format for queer leadership teams, ERG retreats, and founder cohorts who want a more honest container than a typical offsite.

Participants leave with practiced tools for hard conversations, a clearer read on what they need from the people around them, and the experience of having shown up more fully with each other — which is what changes how a team operates after they go home.

In their own words.

A sense of community was created in such a short time, and I was blown away when an individual was pushed to look at something at a deeper level — not settling for their initial answer, but asking for them to recognize a more profound insight. I loved the workshop and it opened a lot for me.
R. — CONNECT Retreat
Thank you for sharing your gifts of facilitation, inspiration, and the power of drawing out the inner eros in all of us. You were able to take a group of men with differing challenges and bring healing and connection. I was able to dig deeper than before and work through some blockages.
V. — Sacred Retreat
Your ability to articulate gave the group the tools to better understand what holds us back. Thank you for sharing your talents with us for the weekend. I was able to tackle areas of eros that felt too heavy. But I did it with your counsel and guidance. A very heartfelt thank you.
